Physiotherapy

In Physiotherapy we solve performance- and mobility related problems together with our patient.

Massaging

Massaging is efficient and effective muscle maitenance, it relaxes and opens up tense muscles, improves recovery from workout fatigue, accelerates metabolism and removes waste products from the body.

Parafin treatment

Parafin treatment is based on the slow release of heat and its effects. It is well suited for hand- and foot treatments, especially for rehabilitating rheumatic hands.

Poultice treatment with Lehtosuo Treatment Peat

The therapeutic effects of Lehtosuo Treatment Peat is based on high temperatures, the peats antiseptic effects and the activating effect of biological compounds within Lehtosuo Treatment Peat.
